At 176 meters (577 feet), the Estrel Tower will be Berlin’s first skyscraper and a new city landmark. The Tower features 522 guest rooms, suites, and serviced apartments, along with event spaces, office floors, restaurants and bars, plus a fitness and wellness area.

The closest airport is Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), approximately 15 km (9 miles) from the Estrel Tower.

Take the Sonnenallee exit off the A100 city highway. The exit leads directly to the Estrel campus, just steps from the Estrel Tower.

Guest rooms, suites, and serviced apartments are located on floors 14 through 40 – all offering breathtaking panoramic views of Berlin.
Reservations for rooms, suites, and serviced apartments are expected to open online 3–4 months prior to the official opening.

Yes. The Tower offers 2,000 sqm of Sky Spaces on floors 41 and 42, as well as a 1,000 sqm ballroom with adjoining foyers, breakout rooms, and co-working spaces.

Yes. The Tower’s parking garage with 389 spaces will open simultaneously and is connected to the hotel and event areas via a covered walkway. There will also be 119 bicycle and e-bike spaces as well as charging stations for electric vehicles and bikes.
