Creating a Space for Grand Visions – as diverse and fascinating as the capital itself: overnight stays and work, meetings and events, co-creation, art and enjoyment. But above all, the Estrel Tower will inspire as a place for human interaction, new ideas and great expectations. And all this with a spectacular view of Berlin - but also with a newly created public space directly on the waterfront of the Neuköllner Schifffahrtskanal.

The Tower
A Landmark for Berlin
With a height of 176 meters, the Estrel Tower will be Berlin's tallest non-technical building and through the combination of its size and impressive architecture, will form a southeastern "gateway to the city."
Located directly on the highway and the public transport system and optimally connected to the BER International Airport, the Estrel Tower will become a capital city landmark, not only for Berliners but also for international guests.

Sustainability
From green roofs with photovoltaic systems, wildflower meadows & bicycle parking as well as an innovative CO2-saving energy concept created with our partner E.ON Business Solutions, sustainability has been incorporated into the construction project from the very beginning and is consistently implemented in all areas. In addition, the Estrel Tower is striving for the LEED® Platin certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
